Who We Are, What We Do
At Patu Wairoa we do our best to cater for whānau of all abilities.
We incorporate a range of movements into our workouts, all of which can be scaled up or down depending on your level of fitness.
Our aim is to provide varied workouts that are challenging yet achievable, and above all we strive to have fun.
We recognise the importance of te taha tinana (physical wellbeing) and also embrace our wairua (spiritual wellbeing), hinengaro (mental/emotional wellbeing) and whānau ora (family wellbeing) as vital aspects of overall health and wellbeing.
Patu Wairoa has always been, and will continue to be for and about our Patu whānau and our community.
